BEFORE SCF

  • The payment terms are 60 days;

  • Supplier only has financing available with factoring at 2% per month (24% per annum);

  • Financing cost per invoice is 4%;

  • There is one invoice in the amount 100,000 EUR every month. The financing cost is 4,000 EUR per invoice for the supplier
